A software program designed to support learning and decision making for different everyday scenarios. Users complete everyday scenarios include washing, ordering food and going to the supermarket. The “24 hours a day” theme provides a framework for many daily living activities involving decision making. It enables the users to see themselves in each situation or to help their chosen character through daily tasks. Interaction is enabled through a wide range of support, including Widgit Symbols (formerly known as Rebus Symbols), Makaton sign language and Signalong signing.

FEATURES: Lifeskills features a number of Activities:
Select a character, then choose which times of the day you wish to explore - getting up in the morning, going out during the day, staying in or going out at night, and going to bed.
Cues and feedback are provided as text, symbols (Rebus) and sign (Makaton or Signalong UK) on the screen, plus speech output.
The user can move through the day in one of three modes:
- Animation requires minimal input from the user to move through the daily activities.
- Identification requires the user to select the item requested.
- Exploration allows the user to click on any item as they move through the rooms.===
