A portable auditory alerting device suitable for recording a message for up to 10 seconds. Useful for personal reminders or for attaching to objects for identification purposes. A built-in magnet attached to the back of the recorder allows the unit to be mounted on metal surfaces. One model is available

The microphone and speaker are inbuilt to the front of the unit above the play button.
Method of Operation:
To record a message simply press and hold the record button located on the side of the unit, a red light will illuminate indicating recording in progress. Position the unit so that the face is pointing towards your mouth, approximately one inch away and record your message.
To stop recording release the record button, otherwise recording will stop automatically when the 10 seconds has expired.
To play the message, press the play button in the centre of the unit. You can stop playing the message anytime by pressing the play button again.
To replace a message, follow the same instructions as to record a message, this will automatically record over the previous message. Alternatively, press and release the record button this will erase the current message.

The unit is powered by one CR2016 battery.
