Lever style door handles that incorporate a key operated lock within the handle and they can be used on external doors. Two series are available being the 970 and 990 series that feature different styles of lever handles. The locking mechanism isolates the exterior lever handle from the latch spindle

Features
End of lever is angled inwards toward the door to help prevent the hand slipping off the handle when it is pushed down.
Finishes available include bright chrome, satin chrome, brown and polished brass plate.
The exterior escape deadlatch is opened by the handle when unlocked. The key locks or unlocks the exterior handle but does not retract the bolt.
The exterior deadlatch is opened by the handle when unlocked and the key locks and unlocks both handles but does not retract the bolt.
Options are also available for internal use, use on patio and glass doors.
There is the option of a standard or large turn snib placed on the inside handle for locking and unlocking.
