A three-layered foam mattress replacement which has an anatomically designed middle layer that offers increased patient envelopment. The mattress has a multi level and multi density heel section that significantly reduces interface pressure. Suitable for individuals at medium risk of developing pressure sores. Available in a single size.

STRUCTURE: The mattress has three layers:
1) Top Layer: helps to provide low interface pressure in the upper body section and a soft, healing environment for the critical heel area.
2) Middle Layer: Contour cut medium density foam constructed anatomically with 3 zones for increased patient envelopment
3) Bottom Layer: constructed of high density foam to provide support.
The mattress is reinforced with firm foam 3 inch borders which may assist to provide stability during transfers.ATTACHMENT: mattress is placed on bed base. No specific attachment method required.
COVER: The mattress has a Hypolex Ultra top cover that is anti-microbial, stain resistant, water resistant, flame retardant and offers low friction and shear. The cover is fully removable with a 360 degree zip.
