A hands free wheely bin opener which operates via a foot pedal. The device eliminates the need to touch the bin with the hands. Has been council tested and fits all wheely bins. Takes approximately one minute to fit to the wheely bin and does not involve drilling or altering the bin in any way. It can be easily removed.
