A polyethylene cutting board designed for people with one- handeness or bilateral hand weakness to assist them with meal preparation. This board features three combined functions - four upright metal spikes on the board secure food during peeling and cutting, a bread guide, and a grater board. Also available in smaller size board without grater.

MATERIALS: All components are fabricated from 12mm polyethylene and stainless steel. There are no small, loose or separate parts.

METHOD OF USE: To install / remove the grater - use the wingnuts to tighten / loosen the fixing bolts to fix the grater into place. The fixing plates have turned up corners which allow the plates to rotate into position on the gater body or the side of the handle when installed edge on.
