1. Place garment front down with neck opening away from body.
2. Pick up garment at hem using unaffected hand supporting
affected arm on table or chair arm.
3. Gather body of garment up to neck and pull over head.
4. Place affected arm in sleeve, pull on and adjust.
5. Place unaffected arm in sleeve, adjust by pushing sleeve
downwards against body.
TO REMOVE:1. Bring collar of garment above nose, hold garment at back of neck.
2. Bring garment over back of head and bend neck.
3. Gather up body of garment at back and pull over head.
4. Ease sleeve off unaffected arm first using body.
5. Remove affected arm from garment.
