An elasticised leg band or adhesive patch used to stabilise indewlling cathers. The leg band has a hook and loop tape locking device which anchors a foley in dwelling catheter on the legband. It stabilises the catheter without restricting the wearers movements and without causing skin irritation. The adhesive patch can be written on to record client data.
