An adapted table tennis bat, which has a built up handle and an adjustable hook and loop strap. The table tennis bat is made by placing a large, cylindrical foam handle around the existing handle. The adjustable hook and loop strap is then nailed to the table tennis bat. 'D' rings are used to thread the hook and loop through and back onto itself for adjustment.
