Contours on the inside of the handle for the fingers and an indent section on top of the handle for the thumb help to promote grasp, while the angle of the handle maintains the user's wrist in a neutral position.
The grasp section of the handle is black non-slip material which is joined to the blade with hard white plastic.
The knife consists of a stainless steel blade with small serrations and a two pronged, fork-like tip for spearing food.It is household dishwasher safe.
