It features a ceramic blades with a smooth edge and suitable for thick and thin skins. It is suitable for left and right handed use. The peeler is lightweight and has a built up handle with rubber grip sides. Dishwasher safe.

The Perfect Peeler is designed to rotate the peeling blade horizontal, vertical and at a 45' angle. The handle of the peeler is large and has rubber gripping on the sides to assist with grasp. There is a circular swivel knob located on the head of the blade which allows the ceramic blades to be rotated. The blade can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise direction making it suitable for right and left handed users. The ceramic blades are not susceptible to rust. The peeler is dishwasher safe.
