Extra product information
Bath Chair
The seat and backrest adjust independently, using a bar behind the head rest and under the footrest. This bar is called the "Unibar". Adjustment can occur whilst the occupant is seated in the chair. The chair is supplied with chest and pelvic straps which fasten with hook and loop tape and which can be positioned as desired to provide support to the occupant. There are also two leg straps which can be positioned to hold the occupant's legs in abduction.
The seat fabric can be removed to bathe a child sitting on the floor of the tub, supported by the bath chair back. It can be removed for cleaning.
The bath chair can be used alone, or in conjunction with the shower base or bath chair stand. When used alone, the bath chair is placed directly onto the base of the bath, the four slip resistant feet ensuring stability in the bath. A separate head support is available for the chair.
Bath Chair Stand
The bath chair stand has height adjustable, folding legs. The stand is lightweight plastic with four slip resistant legs. It has four mounting points which provide attachment points for the legs of the bath chair. Each of the mounting points has a quick release lock for attachment and removal of the chair. When not in use, the legs of the stand fold flat for storage. The bath stand fits all three sizes.
Shower Base
The shower base is made from aluminium with four, swivel, lockable castors. The mounting system for the bath chair is the same as on the bath chair stand, with four mounting points each with quick release locks.
