Factors to Consider

Clothing can be made with hook and loop tape (hook and loop) to secure the garment rather than buttons or buckles that some users may find difficult to undo and do up.
Trousers can be made to look as if they have a fly opening in the front but in fact have a side seam and hook and loop tape to secure.
Cross over openings at the back of nightwear and underwear makes it easier to open the clothes at the back to access the toilet.
