1. SPINA BIFIDA ASSOCATION OF WA INC:
Offers the "Incontinent Pad Scheme" (IPS), funded by the Lotteries Commission. Available to children who:
- have a permanent continence condition which has resulted from a
permanent disability
- are aged not less than 3 years and not more than 15 years
- live at home full time.Applicants must complete an application form and a medical information form (both available from the Association), and provide a copy of a Health Care Card showing Child Disability Allowance number. For children over 6 years, a letter from a therapist or school detailing a current toilet training programme must also be supplied.
Applicants are advised in writing when their application has been approved and entitlement level established. New admissions to the scheme are only accepted at the beginning of each quarter (1st July, 1st October, 1st January, 1st April), as the allocation of funds from the Lotteries Commission is made on a quarterly basis. Applications must be received not less than two weeks prior to the above dates.
Orders are placed with the IPS Coordinator at the Association using an official order form. Orders are obtained from suppliers on the basis of orders received by clients. Products are not held in stock.

3. CAAS Continence Aids Scheme
Provides funding up to the value of $475.00 per year for people aged 5 and up. They must meet the following criteria:-Permanent disorder and aged 5 and up.
4. Melville City Council
Contributes up to $500.00 per year for clients living within the boundaries of the Melville City Council5. Veteran Affairs
Gold or white card holders only can apply through the Rehab Appliance Program
6. In Touch - Dept of Aeging - WA Health Dept
