The nylon strap includes neoprene padding designed to reduce neck friction.
One end of the strap has a fixed size loop which fits over the elbow end of the forearm and the strap is then threaded through behind the trunk. The other end has an adjustable loop with a plastic buckle, which is passed over the shoulder and is positioned at the wrist. This is then adjusted so the elbow is at 90 degrees.
The neoprene padding rests behind the neck.DIMENSIONS:
