A heavy duty knife with stainless steel serrated blade and a slicing control regulator.
General Details
- Extra product information
The knife has a slicing control regulator which may be adjusted to provide thicknesses of up to 15mm(0.6"). Adjustment is by a thumb screw located on the underside of the handle. Loosening the screw enables the regulator to be moved closer to or further from the blade, or for the regulator to be removed completely.
It should be noted that food when sliced, is caught between the guard and the knife and safety precautions need to be adhered to as the blade is extremely sharp.
Available in right and left hand styles.
