The grater has a handle at the top for stabIlisation and can be used with or without the catcher. Its four sides offer three choices of grating size and one for slicing. The catcher is clear plastic and is graduated for ounces and millilitres.

Method of Use

Remove the grater from the catcher by sliding the grater towards the non lipped end of the catcher.
