A zinc plated steel hinge mechanism with self lubricating linear ball bearings. The mechanism allows a cupboard door to be raised, pivoted and slid onto the top of the cupboard. Alternatively, to be lowered and slid to the underside of the cupboard. This allows full access into the cupboard interior
