Diamondtred is manufactured from a blend of plastic, silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser to provide slip resistant flooring for wet and dry areas. The surface of the material is formed into an embossed pyramid pattern and factory sealed with a plastic finish to reduce dirt retention.
The flooring is resistant to attack from ultraviolet light, oil, grease, petrol, salt, dilute acids and alkalis, common household chemicals and detergents.
Available colours are safety green, safety white, safety yellow, safety blue, safety red, chevron, night glow, charcoal grey, light grey, rich brown, neutral black, jade green, putty, royal blue, burgundy, mid grey.
Installation
Diamondtred should be installed using an adhesive recomended for the under floor and environment. The adhesive manufacturer's directions and instructions should be followed closely to ensure maximum bond strength. Diamondtred is heat weldable and can be seamed with plastic liquid weld.
Special instructions apply for exterior or wet area applications. Check with supplier.
Cleaning Requirements
Regular maintenance is important to prevent excessive soiling in the pyramidal patterned surface. Cleaning is best achieved by scrubbing with a bristle brush in conjunction with warm soapy water. Commercial cleaning machines are also suitable.
Organic solvents will soften Diamondtred.
