A monitoring system designed specifically to monitor occupancy on a toilet / shower chair. Consists of a water resistant alarm system - sensor and alarm unit. It is designed to alert a carer that a person is getting off a toilet or shower chair. Features an audible alarm.

A pressure sensor is located under the toilet seat and secured on the metal cross bar of the chair. The sensor is connected to the alarm unit. When the person sits on the chair, the alarm unit is switched on, indicated by a red light coming on. Immediately the person lifts themselves off the chair, an audible alarm is activated. If the person sits down again, the audible alarm is disabled.
The system is powered from an internal, 12 volt, rechargeable battery. The unit is supplied with an automatic battery charger to keep the battery fully charged.
No installation is required. Complete information is supplied with the alarm.
The alarm can be purchased outright or can be rented over a 12 or 24 month period, with a residual at the end of the rental period.- Manufacturer/Country
