A single action pivot door which pivots at a point two thirds of the width of the door, thereby requiring a smaller door clearance space. The door is polystyrene filled and the hinge has ball bearings.

Installation
The door can be fitted to new or existing doorways or walls. There must be at least 90mm of free wall space to enable fitting and operation of the door.

This pivot door has polystyrene filled steel panels which are light, durable and moisture resistant. The hinge has ball bearings to aid in the smooth movement of the door. Magnetic strips hold the door closed independent of an indicator bolt. The door can be opened on the left or right hand side. Size of doors can be customised.
