Alarm comprises two units, both powered with a lithium battery:
- walking frame unit
- small radio transmitter unit worn by person
User would require assistance to maintain the batteries by recharging or replacing as necessary.Note: this is a design suggested by the supplier and has not been installed on a walking frame at this time. This idea was developed in response to a client enquiry.
