Flex-Tred™ is a mineral coated, adhesive, slip-resistant tape made from several individual layers bonded together to produce a durable and heavy surface tape. The tape is reverse coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive paper enabling quick and easy application. Manufacturer states that Flex-Tred™ can be applied to any surface and designed to withstand a range of temperatures and conditions. The tape comes in a range of standard widths and one roll length. It is available in tile squares. The size can be customised for bulk orders.

The tape comes in a range of standard widths. 25mm wide x 18m long, 50mm wide x 18m long,150mm wide x 18m long, 300mm wide x 18m long. Also available as Tile Squares 140mm x 140mm and 90mm x 190mm or as Cleats (radius ended) Maximum length 2 metres.
To apply the tape the surface must be clean and dry. Once in place and backing removed, the tape can be rolled or pressed to adhere.
The strips can be cut to required length and edges rounded to ensure maximum adhesion.
When an edge sealer is applied tape becomes water resistant.
The standard colour for Flex-Tred is black but it is also available in; grey, blue, green, red, brown, white, clear, yellow and orange
Method of Use
It is important to regularly check tape to ensure edges do not lift. Care should also be taken when cleaning to ensure adhesion is maintained.
