- Extra product information
The all in one has five layers. A soft top sheet against the skin, a blue stay dry liner which provides a barrier between the skin and the fluid, a middle double layered absorbent core and a breathable cloth like outer fabric. The absorbent core consists of fluff pulp and a super absorbent polymer which draws fluid into the garment, and disperses it evenly, converting the fluid into a gel.
Multi strand leg elastic provides a snug fit for the wearer.
Resealable frontal tapes on each side allow repeated opening and closing without tearing.
There are four sizes and capacities.
