The diamond coated metal springs push together to act as a knife sharpener for any non-serrated knife. The plastic handle comes out at right angles to the springs and there is a metal safety guard which is over the top of handle to protect the hand. The handle folds against the springs for easy storage. For use with either left or right hand.
General Details
- Method of Use
1. Open the handle away from the springs until fully extended at ninety degrees.
2. Place the handle on a flat surface eg table, so that the springs are facing upwards.
3. Grip the handle with palm facing towards the table and the metal guard above the knuckles.
4. Grip the knife with one's free hand and push knife between the two springs in a downward movement.
5. Repeat as required.
