When the person slides down the bed, the operator pushes a control button, the mechanical roller gently pulls the sheet and the person towards the head of the bed. It can be adjusted to suit most beds and is supplied with a washable 4 metre sheet. There is minimal disturbance to the patient, it reduces patient handling, saving time and reducing the possibility of injury to carers.
