A stainless steel, plastic coated long handled weeder designed to lift weeds out of the ground, including the weed root, whilst the user is standing.
General Details
Extra product information
The weeder has an extendable handle which is lengthened by twisting the handle then pulling it out until the handle reached the desired length. There are two wheels on either side of the gardening fork which is designed to assist with balancing the weeder. If required, there is a spring-loaded foot platform to provide extra leverage for removing more difficult weeds.
The weeder works best on a flat lawn and with broad leaf weeds, however can be used in other environments as well.
A protective, plastic cover is provided to go over the fork prongs when the weeder is not in use.
Method of Use
1. Place point of weeder 2-3 cm from centre of weed with the handle leaning away from you and both wheels flat on the ground.
3. Push the fork under the root of the weed and push the handle down to remove the weed.
3. If the weed still has not come out of the ground, use one foot to push down on the foot lever as well.
