The contoured backrest consists of two sections padded with polyester fibre. The armrests are full length, fully padded and upholstered and have armrest covers. The seat cushion is padded with high resilience foam. The legrest is padded and fully enclosed, chaise style.
The reclining and standing mechanism is operated by a push button hand control on an extendable cord which can be mounted on the left or right hand side of the chair. The controls have push buttons marked with up and down arrows. When moved into the reclining position the legrest raises to support the legs as the chair base moves forward.
