A leg lifter used for lifting both legs in and out of bed or car. It has a long, flexible plastic strap, with two loops on the end for holding the feet. A single loop at the top or two side loops are held when lifting the legs. The lifter is covered in vinyl and can be wiped clean.

To Use Lower the bed so the patient can sit safely on the side of the bed. The patient places one or both feet inside the foot loops. By leaning forward the patient holds the lowest lifting loop they can reach to make the lift. Keeping their arm straight and extending their legs forward, they should lean back. As the patient leans backwards, they should use their body weight to lift their feet off the floor.

Cleaning Requirements

Spray and wipe clean with disinfectant or hand or machine wash cover only, up to 80°C. Air or cool tumble dry.
