VisioVoice is an application that enhances access to Mac OS X for blind and low vision users. It includes a document and selection reader that can read text and can convert text to audio files to download onto a portable mP3 player. The software can also speak each letter or word as its typed. VisioVoice has an image and text magnifier and large customisable cursors.
