At the time of writing, this wheelchair has NOT been successfully crash tested for use as a seat in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. The wheelchair user must transfer to a car seat for transport.

In addition, this wheelchair has NOT been endorsed for use with power assist devices such as powered wheels as it has not been tested to withstand the additional torque forces.
