A polyurethane cushion with a top layer of EXGEL (synthetic rubber). It has a removable synthetic cover with a slip resistant base. The cushion is available in a range of sizes and two heights. An anti-thrust model is also available. Suitable for adults who require low to medium pressure distribution.
