A patented food chopping board with a downward biased stainless steel bar fixed near the rear edge by means of a pair of support posts fitted with springs. The point of a cook or chef knife is inserted beneath the biased bar when using it. Available in two different models. Includes a non-slip mat and a Food Scoop.

Do not pick up the board with the knife still under the bar. The bar does not hold the knife securely.

Features
- The bar has a variable bias. The centre of the bar provides maximum resistance, progressively reducing in bias towards the ends
- The knife can be temporarily held in place, by pushing the point under the bar to retain its upright position
- The board can stand unsupported for drying/storage purposes, reducing the amount of space taken up on a bench top. It can also be picked up and carried using the bar as a handle
- Both sides of the board can be utilised. The reverse is used by placing it over the edge of the bench or sink
- The Food Scoop can be fitted onto either end of the board enabling the prepared food to be swept into the scoop, for transfer to a bowl or pot
- Dishwasher safe
