A basic, 'candybar' style mobile phone that uses the Vodafone and Telstra Networks on the 3G and 4G network. It has GPS capability and can have up to 10 personalised contacts programmed by the supplier. Contacts can be shown as a photo, text or braille. There is an SOS button feature and the back panel can be personalised to show emergency contact details, allergies etc. It cannot send or receive texts. The SOS button has to be pressed 4 times to activate an audible alarm, the phone will also switch to a speakerphone and then will call 000.

Method of Use
• The phone is delivered fully charged and ready to be used out of the box.
To turn KISA phone on:
• On the back of the phone place switch to the ON position
• On the front of the phone press and hold End Call button until you hear the welcome tone
• Wait for the green light to flash once
To make a call
• Press any Name button to make a call
To end call
• Press End Call button once
To answer call
• Press Answer Call button once
• To answer in loudspeaker- press Answer Call button a second time. If you need to always answer the call on loudspeaker, call KISA support with your account number and they can remotely alter the settings
To use SOS
• Press SOS button 4 times in 3 seconds
To end SOS
• Press End Call button once
To charge your KISA phone
• Place KISA phone in to KISA charging cradle (KISA phone will last over 7 days in standby mode)
To alter the call volume
• Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the back of the phone
• To permanently set the volume to a set level, contact KISA support with your account number and they can remotely alter the settings
