A two pack of drinking straws with one way valves to make it easier for the user to suck fluids up the straw.This pack contains two drinking straws with a one way valve enabling the straw to stay filled with liquid once the user's lips have been removed from the straw. An adjustable clip is featured to secure the straw to a cup. Not for use with thick drinks. Suitable for drinks between 0 and 85 degrees C. Each package contains one 186mm long and one 262mm long straws.

Users who experience eating and drinking difficulties are at high risk for serious health issues. It is essential for a user to be in a safe posture before eating and drinking. Consult a Speech Pathologist or doctor for specific recommendations and /or a a swallowing assessment.
Ensure that food and drinks are prepared at the recommended consistency and temperature for the individual to ensure safe swallowing.
Common indicators of a user experiencing difficulties chewing and/or swallowing are food remaining or spilling out of the mouth, coughing before, during and/or after swallowing, audible swallowing, wet voice and frequent chest infections.
