A cheese grater which is operated with a twisting action. The cheese is held in place within the canister by three plastic prongs that stabilise the cheese as it is twisted through the grater. The grater comes with a lid and unused cheese can be left in the grater and stored in the fridge. The grater can be dismantled and the grater blade removed to enable cleaning.
