This clothes airer has six individually adjustable drying rods which are made from powder coated steel. The drying rods work using a pulley-style system and can be lowered to a height suitable for the user to hang washing items over the rod, then raise the rod back up to ceiling height. The clothes airer can be mounted to concrete ceilings, plaster ceilings (using 6 butterfly anchors supplied), exposed beams and beams above plaster ceilings, and slanted ceilings.
