Pixon is a low-tech manual communication board program which uses a symbol set created as a language generating system. The icons, or 'Pixons', are a combination of Minspeak icons and Single Meaning Pictures (such as PEC or PCS). The wall chart can be posted in the classroom and represents the "Word Wall" of the target vocabulary of the classroom. It is used to support literacy, language development and classroom activities.
