An electrically operated, alternating air mattress replacement system. The reperfusion mattress replacement support system is designed to "pull" cells away from the user. It is designed to assist in the prevention, and management of pressure ulcers. The system can be customised to focus on particular areas at risk of breakdown. It features cell pairs to remain upright when normal cells collapse under the user's weight.
