The VX-402REC is a outdoor detector which can also be used indoors. It has a built-in, digital voice recorder that can be customized for each application. When motion is detected the recorded message is played. It uses dual PIR detectors (upper and lower detection) that must be compromised simultaneously in order to go into alarm, reducing false alarm caused by animals. The detection length can be limited to avoid unwanted detection.
