A plastic hinged, manually operated food dicer, with two interchangeable cutting blades and an integrated container. To operate, the lever containing the cutting blade is raised to allow the food to be placed on the raised cutting surface. Two hands may be used to lower the blade and dice the food. The container fitted to the upper lever collects the diced food, when the unit is inverted. A lid is provided.
