OCR Instantly is an optical character recognition application for Android devices. Using images of documents taken with the smartphone's camera, the application can then analyze and translate the images of documents to text input. The application features customisable image enhancements to suit different lighting conditions. The recognised text can be displayed on the screen or shared with other applications on the smartphone. The software is available in both Free and Pro (paid) version. The application currently only supports Android devices running Android 2.3.3 or above.

The Pro version (paid) of the application also features computer synthesized speech that will read the contents of the document aloud automatically. Recognized text may also be read using a connected Braille display (Android 4.1 or above).
