CommBadge is a wearable waterproof communicator for use with smartphone technology for iPhone and Android users. It uses Bluetooth technology to connect to a phone and give access to Siri and Google Now voice command functions. Use your voice to send messages, receive calls, schedule meetings, and send panic alarms through SmartAlert App. The greatest benefit is hands-free communication with the Onwatch Monitoring Centre when help is needed which requires the Smart Alert App. The Smart Alert App is a mobile application designed to allow the mobile phone to act as a panic button (when assistance is needed asap), personal button (operator will stay talking with you until you feel safe), or medical button (provides assistance based on medical needs). This App is monitored by a call center which receives the alert via a phone call. The users location can be detected (if GPS is activated on the phone and within bluetooth range)and allow the call center to take appropriate action based on your requests such as notifying a loved one or the emergency services of the users location.
