The Align Blood Glucometer plugs directly into a smartphone’s headphone jack, and displays results instantly in the iHealth Gluco-Smart App. Users will need to download the app prior to using the glucometer. The Glucometer records your glucose readings within the Health Smart-Gluco app logbook. The iHealth Gluco-Smart app gives you the option to share your information with your doctor or caregiver. The device is compatible with Apple and Android devices.

Using the iHealth Smart-Gluco app you can manually record pre/post meals and medications, if you have been fasting and any insulin dosages.
