Smart Guard App is a mobile application used by a carer or organisation to track one or multiple Smart Alert App users. Alerts can be created to notify the user of geo-fence crossing (for tracking arrival or departure times) and speed detection. Smart Alert App is a mobile application designed to allow the mobile phone to act as a panic button (when assistance is needed asap), personal button (operator will stay talking with you until you feel safe), or medical button (provides assistance based on medical needs). This App is monitored by a call center which receives the alert via a phone call. The users location can be detected and allow the call center to take appropriate action based on your requests such as notifying a loved one or the emergency services of the users location. A pendant known as the CommBadge pedant which is waterproof can also be used with this system to initiate an emergency call when the phone is out of reach.
