Roger Microphones are wireless they are designed for people with hearing loss to hear and understand more speech in loud noise and over distance. They can also be used to listen to TV and multimedia. They can also be used for children with auditory processing disorder or autism spectrum disorder and normal hearing to assist with paying attention. These are microphones which also have transmitters that send noise to receivers. These need to be used in conjunction with receivers.
