Fall Safety App - Independent Living Centres Australia

A fall detection app which is used to detect a fall and automatically summon help. When a fall is detected, an alarm sounds and the user has 45 seconds to signal that they are ok before emergency contacts are alerted. If the alarm is not cancelled, the fall detection app triggers a phone call, email, and text to the user's emergency contacts. Up to 3 emergency contacts can be stored. Please note free subscription option allows emergency contact by email with one person only. Compatible with IOS devices only.

Fall Safety App uses technology in your phone to detect sudden movements that indicate a fall. Precise calibration and the ability to manually cancel an alarm minimize risk of false alarms.

Fall Safety App features two distinct alarms. The first countdown alarm lets you know you have 45 seconds to say you are ok. The second siren alarm helps rescuers find your exact location. Once a fall is detected and confirmed, Fall Safety App alerts your emergency contacts by text, voice, and email, providing GPS location information.

The Fall Safety App automatically checks in every 10 min to ensure the app on the phone is operating and capable of communicating in case of an emergency (not available on free subscription model)
