The Basico is a modular low profile cushion. It features six modular and configurable inserts as standard and has three layers of foam at the rear and two layers at the front. It can be used to accommodate leg length discrepancies, wind sweeping, pelvic obliquity, pelvic rotation and mild anterior or posterior pelvic tilt. Manufacturer states that it is suitable for those with a high risk of pressure ulcers.
