The Care Mind app, links with the Fitbit Charge HD to assist in caring for others, you can make sure that they’re staying safe and healthy. Care Mind app has a dashboard to track as many people as you’d like, providing a status on their activity, heart rate, and sleep. Additionally, Care Mind app delivers clinically oriented alerts to notify you when things do, and don’t happen about their status. These alerts include: • If they achieved or didn’t achieved a step goal which can be daily, weekly or at a specific time. • If there’s a significant period of inactivity. • If there’s a change in their long term activity, to see if they’re consistently having higher or lower amounts of daily activity than normal. • If there’s an abnormal heart rate, whether below 40bpm or above 150bpm. • If their Fitbit battery level is low. • If they had a poor night’s sleep, based on their sleep efficiency, duration, or a change in their sleeping pattern. • If they didn’t wake up at their normal time. These alerts are adjustable and can be personalized for each individual you’re tracking, and custom alerts based off these parameters can be created as well. Care Mind app also includes a health profile page, which allows you to maintain a list of conditions and medications for them. The Fitbit needs to be purchased separately
