The Open Sesame app works by tracking the user’s head movements using the built-in, front-facing camera on an Android smart device. These tracked movements are combined with computer vision algorithms to create an on-screen cursor that appears on the screen of the device. The on-screen cursor is controlled by the position and movements of a user’s head, and supports even minimal movements. Click types include single tap, swipe, long click and scroll function for websites. The app is activated and closed using voice commands. The Open Sesame app can be downloaded via Google Play Store on smart devices running Android Nougat 7.0 OS.
